***All services below include print and usage rights ONLY. Ownership of all images remains with the photographer.***
Real-Estate Photography:
(Basic post-process editing included. Advanced editing is available for an additional $20 per photo.)
Interior and Exterior Photography:
- Up to 3000 sq/ft - $125
- 3001+ sq/ft - Add $50 for each additional 1000 sq/ft., or any portion there-of.
Community Amenities
- Coverage of amenities starts at an additional $20 but can increase depending on the amount of coverage requested.
Drone Photography
- Drone Mini-pack Photography (5 photos) - $100 ($50 when combined with Interior and Exterior Photography)
- Full Drone Photography Coverage (15-20 photos) - $150 ($100 when combined with Interior and Exterior Photography)
Extended Trip Fee
- Properties more than 1 hour’s drive-time from my home location will be billed an additional $50 to cover time and travel.
Head Shot Sessions:
(Basic post-process editing included. Further, advanced editing is available for $20 per photo.)

$150 for 5 shots
Individual Portrait Sessions:
(Basic post-process editing included. Further, advanced editing is available for $20 per photo.)
2 hour session - $250 (8-10 photos)
3 hour session - $450 (11-15 photos)
4 hour session - $650 (16-20 photos)
Family Portrait Sessions:
(Basic post-process editing included. Further, advanced editing is available for $20 per photo.)
Up to 5 family members - $350 (15-20 photos)
6-8 family members - $550 (25-30 photos)
9+ family members - $850 (35-40 photos)
Maternity Sessions:
(Maternity Sessions include full, professional post-process editing on every photo delivered.)
2 hour session - $350 (8-10 photos)
3 hour session - $550 (11-15 photos)
4 hour session - $850 (16-20 photos)
Event Photography:
(All event photography is billed at an hourly rate. All usable photos from your event will be delivered with basic post-processing edits performed on all photos.)
$150/hr. or any portion there-of.
